These terms apply to detailing services provided by First Class Finishes GA ("we," "us," "our"). By booking a service, you agree to the following.
We provide mobile aesthetic restoration and protection for vehicles across Atlanta & Greater Georgia. Services are performed at a location you provide with a suitable, legal parking space. We arrive self-contained with our own water and power.
Prices listed are starting prices and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and the services selected. Exotic, matte, PPF-coated, and heavily soiled vehicles are quoted after inspection. Your final price is confirmed before work begins.
A deposit (typically 50%) reserves your appointment. The remaining balance is due upon completion, after you have inspected the finished vehicle with us. We accept major cards through our invoicing providers.
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Deposits for appointments cancelled with less notice, or for no-shows, may be non-refundable. Weather or circumstances beyond our control may require rescheduling at no penalty to you.
Every job ends with a walk-around. If something isn't right, tell us at that time and we will make it right. Because detailing results depend on a vehicle's existing condition, we cannot guarantee the removal of every defect, stain, odor, or pre-existing damage.
We treat every vehicle with care and carry appropriate business coverage. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, aftermarket or improperly installed parts, or wear revealed during cleaning. Personal belongings should be removed before service; we are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
